This guide is intended for non-Japanese Language Readers who would like to access the paid subscription page of “Guitar Magazine Web”.
How to register Guitar Magazine Web
Registration for Guitar Magazine Web requires a “Rittor ID”. This is the account used across many services of Rittor Music, Inc.. The steps to create your ID are outlined below.
Click “会員登録”(Register) in the top right corner of the screen. On a smartphone, tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner and then select “会員登録”(Register).


Please enter your email address and a desired password, then click/tap on the “上記規約に同意し、会員登録する” (I agree to the above terms and wish to register) button.
Your password must contain at least 8 characters, Lowercase letters, Uppercase letters and Numbers.

If you already have your Rittor ID, click/tap “すでに会員の方はこちら” (For existing members) and login with your Rittor ID.
On the next screen, please enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the email address you registered.

Next, fill out your profile information. Please complete all the “必須” (required) fields.
“氏名” means Family Name and Given Name.
Copy and paste the following into the each “ふりがな” (Furigana : your name in Japanese Hiragana) field as below.
You need to enter かいがい (overseas) in the first field and りようしゃ (user)in the next. Please do not include quotation marks or spaces.

Note: The names “かいがい” and “りようしゃ” used above are just examples (but you can use them). If you want to enter your own name in hiragana, you can first convert it to katakana using an “English to katakana converter”, and then convert the katakana to hiragana with a “カタカナ⇔ひらがな変換ツール” (Katakana ⇔ Hiragana conversion tool). Since these are third-party services, we do not offer support for them.
Once you have completed “必須” fields of the form, please press the “確認する” (Review) button.

On the next screen, please click “登録する” (Register).

Next, a “Member Information Input” screen like the one below will appear. If it does not show up, please remove https://guitarmagazine.jp/ from your ad blocker’s list. The questions on this page are as follows:
・生年月日(date of birth. yyyy/mm/dd)
・ギター歴(how long do you play guitars? / by year)
・所有ギター本数(how many do you have guitar?)
・愛用ギターブランド(Brands/Manifactures of your guitar)
・ニュースレターを受け取る(recieve Guitar Magazine news letters by e-mail)

User registration is now finished. Following this, you will be guided to purchase a plan.
How to Purchase a Subscription Plan
Go to https://guitarmagazine.jp/plans-2025/
Please choose your preferred plan under “ギタマガWEB 有料会員” (Guitar Magazine WEB Paid Membership). Plans are available for 12 months, 3 months, or 1 month. Click/tap “購入する” (purchase) button to the right of a plan you want.
The “ギタマガWEB 有料会員+雑誌年間定期購読” (Guitar Magzine Web Paid Membership + Annual Magazine Subscription) plan is not available for overseas residents.

Please enter your credit card details. If you have a coupon code, apply it here. Note that if “Enable auto-renewal” is checked, your subscription will renew automatically.

You have successfully purchased your subscription plan! If prompted to “ログイン” (log in), please do so with your Rittor ID.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, first, please access your My Page (https://guitarmagazine.jp/my-account/).
In the “ご契約内容” (Your Contract) tab, find the “自動更新” (Auto-renew) switch on the right side. Click the switch to turn it off (it will change from green to gray).

If you cannot find the “Auto-renew” switch on your smartphone, tap the three-dot menu icon (⋮) and then tap “自動更新を無効” (Disable Auto-renewal).

On the next screen, click/tap “自動更新を停止する” (Stop Automatic Renewal) to confirm.
